Bentley 2012

Bentley cars over the years have attained iconic status in the automotive world. They are known for being some of the most luxurious, most sophisticated, and most expensive cars ever built. But while they were well known in certain circles during that time, it wouldn't be until recently that the whole world would truly know of the brand. This is due to Bentley being openly preferred by some of the most popular celebrities, athletes, and businessmen around, often seen on TV riding their Bentleys everywhere they go. And most of the time, it would be a convertible that would be seen.

Convertibles are the cars that show everyone that the driver is very sporty, loves the open road, and just loves driving. And a Bentley is no exception to this.

One of the most popular convertibles from the Bentley lineup is the modern Bentley Azure. First made in 1995, the Bentley Azure is a 4-seater convertible that continues to evolve over the years. The first Azure was a car designed around the Continental R platform, making it a very stable and very high-performance vehicle. At 210 inches long, and 5,750+ lbs. heavy, the first Azure was an imposing vehicle, startling and surprising onlookers with its massive size. To move this behemoth of a car, the Azure was equipped with a 6.75 liter V8 engine that was able to produce 400 horsepower, which also meant the car was capable of very good speeds. In fact, the first Azure was able to go from 0-60 in just over 6 seconds, an amazing feat considering its size and weight.

The second generation of Azure came in 2006, and had a 3 year run. This time, the Azure would be using the Arnage platform, and would use a Bentley turbocharged V8 twin-turbocharged engine able to put out 450 hp. This meant the Azure would have improved power and speed, and was claimed to be able to go from 0-60 in 5.6 seconds, which is a slight improvement over the first version.

The latest incarnation of the Azure is the Azure T, which features and even more powerful engine, in addition to modern features like an iPod and USB dock, Electronic Stability Programme, Tire Pressure Monitoring System, and more.

BMW 2012

The used BMW marketplace in the United States has been growing rapidly since the last few years, mainly because many BMW lovers have discovered the convenience of leasing new BMWs and then opting for newer models after 2 or 3 years. This trend has outstripped the older trend of buying a BMW with a 4 or 5 years auto loan. That is one of the reasons why so many pre-owned BMWs are hitting the market and being snapped up by discerning buyers.

The phenomenon of the BMW lease has radically changed the dynamics of the pre-owned automobile market by flooding it with reasonably priced luxury cars in good condition. Until ten years ago, a typical pre-owned BMW would be more like a battered old rattletrap than a luxury car; it's a totally different ball game today, with most BMW dealers and used car stores striving to find low mileage BMWs with an accident-free history.

Certified pre-owned (CPO) BMW program

The premier car manufacturer has established a used BMW certification checklist to assist potential buyers. In order to qualify for this certificate, all pre-owned BMWs must fulfill all the criteria laid out in the checklist. In addition, a pre-owned BMW that makes the CPO checklist and still happens to be covered under the original warranty gets an extra 50,000 mile / 2 year warranty.

For instance, anybody who buys a 2007 used BMW X5 with say 25,000 miles on the odometer from an authorized dealer will have approximately 4 years of the original warranty. If the car passes the CPO checklist you would get - Remaining original warranty mileage plus CPO extra mileage - 25,000 + 50,000 = 75,000 miles.

It is possible to drive the used BMW 75,000 miles and still be covered under the warranty program. If you don't drive long distances frequently, you'd also get a 6 year warranty on the automobile. This means that you will enjoy many more years of driving your dream luxury car

Audi 2012

Let's imagine you purchased a brand new Audi A3 car. Are you fully satisfied with it? This car is solid and all the extra options are included. But there is still a strange feeling as if something is forgotten, something is missing or Audi navigation system is malfunctioning, Audi Webasto cannot cope with its task and as a result the joy from the purchase is some sort of incomplete. In this case, the various tuning companies are offering us not just a car restyling but also Audi A3 chip tuning.

On a subconscious level there exists a vague desire that it is necessary to refine and reequip this car. Audi navigation should receive new maps, your language support, Audi Webasto should be reconfigured, Bluetooth is to be installed and in a whole a complete car tuning is preferred to be made.

Tuning companies are offering car tuning of the world's leading affiliate producers of Audi cars. Some of them perform with Audi cars such much needed work like tuning of Audi MMI 2G or of more contemporary Audi MMI 3G, Audi Webasto installation, installation of brake pads, alloy wheels, body kit for Audi and an additional equipment for Audi, tinting, DVD installation, cameras, LED, aerodynamic body kits and genuine branded spare parts. Believe, there exists so many hidden features in your Audi A3 car that you'll be amazed.

Audi tuning - there is no limit to perfection

There is no doubt that Audi is on the top of technological progress while taking advantage of innovative technology of the automotive industry in its car models. If not anything else Audi navigation system is praiseworthy. What else can be improved in these already perfect vehicles?

Tuning stands for not only stylish skirts, low-profile tires and empowered engines but this concept also means improving of your car appearance and performance, applying such settings that would suit only your needs to its original features. This can be achieved by the installation of additional options.

What we include in the concept of tuning? By tuning we mean the works like the installation of the original branded accessories, spare parts and anti-theft systems that are not covered by your chosen bundle as well as the installation of additional original Audi equipment (a sort of Audi re-equipment). Some options cannot be offered by the Audi official dealers, simply because they do not have them.

A short list of options

A short list of options includes for example, TV unlock while driving, after which you and your passengers can watch TV while driving the car. It does not matter which version of MMI entertainment system (Audi MMI 2G or Audi MMI 3G) is installed in your car.

Aston Martin 2012

An Aston Martin is one of those cars that many, if not most, people dream of driving someday. Relatively few of these people actually get to drive one, let alone have one, but is certainly a fun dream. Driving is a very fun activity for many people, although the long commutes that increasing people have to drive on a daily basis have detracted from that somewhat. This has led to an increase in people separating out fun driving and necessary driving, and so cars have also been sorted into fun cars and practical cars. You won't drive a fun car for practical activities not just because of the lack of practicality, but also because you don't want your fun car to become associated with boring, dull, and disliked activities.

Well, if you're going to separate out fun cars and practical cars, I think it would be cool to have a fun activity superstore for adults where you got to do fun things that you cannot afford to make a part of your daily life. Things like driving an Aston Martin around the activity superstore parking lot, or having a section of the activity superstore that is dedicated to spa and salon style activities (whirlpools, saunas, massages, meditation, yoga, hair and nail stylists, etc.). Perhaps the activity superstore could have a section with the latest in technology that you could play with, like the latest gaming, tv and movies, computer technology, cameras, etc.

The activity superstore could also have things for sale or for rent as well (an interesting concept, renting technology or cool stuff like a motorcycle or Aston Martin, but just for a week or weekend). It could be nearly like a grown-ups theme park, but instead of pretending you are a child, in the activity superstore you can pretend that you are in an Aston Martin, pretend that you are a professional photographer using the latest 3D camera technology from Japan.

Am General 2012

The Hummer was developed by AM General as a multi-purpose vehicle that made its debut in the first Gulf War. Hummer used cars have been a very popular vehicle to own every since Operation Desert Storm, so AM General decided to sell a version of its military Hummer and called it the H1. They started production in 1992. Then General Motors in 1998 bought the Hummer brand from AM General and then brought the H2 to market.

Hummer H3 used cars:

In 2006 General Motors decide to develop an even lighter version of the Hummer and called it the H3. This design was based on the GMC Canyon pickup truck. The H3 uses the same 3.5 litre, five cylinder engine as the GMC canyon does. It has a 220 horsepower engine with 225 pounds-ft of torque; it can come either in a four-speed manual or a five-speed automatic transmission. In 2007 General Motors upgraded the engine to a 3.7 litre, 242 horsepower engine with 242 pounds-ft of torque. Then 2008 General Motors went back to the drawing board and came up with an even more powerful H3. Its solution was the H3 Alpha model; this vehicle would now have a 5.3 litre V8, 300 horsepower engine with 320 pounds-ft of torque. This was only offered in a four-speed automatic transmission. Hummer used cars from 2009 now had the H3T added to the brand. This was a four door, crew cab, pick-up truck with a five foot bed; this also came with the V8 engine.

The Hummer H3 in 2006 had a fuel consumption of 14 mpg for city driving and 11 mpg for highway driving with the automatic transmission. And with the manual transmission it had 15 mpg for city driving and for highway it was 10 miles per gallon. In 2007 when the H3 changed to the 3.7 litre engine, the fuel consumption went up. With the automatic transmission city driving was 15 mpg and highway driving was 16 mpg under the manual transmission. In 2008 with the new 5.3 litre engine, you had 16 mpg for city driving. The 2009 H3 with its five cylinder engine helped to improve the fuel consumption to 14 miles per gallon for city driving and 15 miles per gallon for highway driving.

Alfa Romeo 2012

Last June 24, 2010, Alfa Romeo celebrated its 100th year, having been founded way back in 1910 by Italian aristocrat Cavaliere Ugo Stella, a man who decided that he wanted to create both road and race cars that suited his style and vision of what cars should be like. With that dream in mind, Cavaliere set out to found this car company, and quickly began to take the automotive world by storm. His early racing cars quickly became successful, winning many championship races through the skills of famous drivers like Giuseppe Campari and Enzo Ferrari.

His successes, while quick, were unfortunately halted due to the onset of the 2nd World War. During the war, Alfa Romeo's main factory was bombed and destroyed, bringing the company to financial ruin, threatening the company's existence. They adapted, however, resorting to creating smaller road cars that would be reliable, high performance, still stylish, and relatively affordable. This new direction gave Alfa a chance to shine, quickly becoming popular in the European market. Despite this, however, Romeo would not be a truly global name, until the arrival of one Hollywood movie.

"The Graduate" is a classic film starring Dustin Hoffman, and is known the world over due to its story and ground breaking plot. And it is in this movie that Romeo would be seen by the whole of the world, through the Spider. The Spider is a beautiful car, and its various incarnations have become successful during their runs. It is so successful that there's a new one slated to be unveiled in 2013, much to the delight of many Romeo fans.
